Igor Ardašev has met with FOK repeatedly. Whether in recitals or with orchestra; Let's recall, for example, the remarkable joint recording of Prokofiev's Second Piano Concerto or the performance of both Shostakovich's piano concerts under the baton of Maxim Shostakovich. It is amazing to also listen to the pictures of Ardašev's performances at the Queen Elizabeth Competition, where he won the 6th place in 1991. Again and again, the listener is experiencing dizziness beyond the depths beyond which Ardašev must go. Also, the program of this recital opens and we can only be grateful that there is a pianist who is so much devoted to Czech music.
