Comedy with aspects of gutter press-like farce about acting, great masterpieces, Europe and women in general.
Three actresses of different age and diva meet on en empty stage to say goodbye and pay respect to great director. The great director loved his actresses and they loved him. He meant a lot for them, they owe him. He made them famous...and unhappy. Now they want to burry him and all the memories of glorious moments, traumas, failures and great people they have met. They also try to forget that they hate each other.
Director passed away suddenly during working on a new adaptation of Macbeth. Shakespears Macbath is surrounded by superstition. It is known among people working in theatre that play is cursed and will bring misfortune to everybody who takes a part in it but isn´t talented enough. Preparations for the funeral are accompanied by problems. Actresses are not capable of find a suitable way to say goodbye and even worse they can´t agree on what happened in the past and what future they want. Later they found out that their lives are in the hands of powers older and darker. Powers related to a history of theatre and western culture.
"Strange gift, isn´t it? They get into your head and do whatever they want to. And there is nothing you can do to stop them. He is just there doing chores, making a dinner, doing chores again then he goes for a swim. After that he is just lying, doing nothing then opens a beer, has a smoke.. He is just existing there like some kind of cootie. Your head, his home."
