ABOUT CONCERT

What would Christmas be without the Czech Christmas Mass by Jakub Jan Ryba? In the run-up to Christmas, the Hybernia Theater will be transformed into a church and, at least for a while, will return to its original early Baroque appearance. The familiar "Hey Master" is heard in it, and through the eyes of children's heroes who can't wait for Christmas Eve, we follow the journey of Czech shepherds to Bethlehem, where the baby Jesus was just born.

Daniel Hůlka sings bass in alternation with Daniel Klánský under the baton of Lukáš Klánský.

The performance was created in cooperation with the Třebechovice nativity scene museum and uses unique projections of the Třebechovice nativity scene, which has been declared a national cultural monument.

The performance is suitable for the whole family.
