ABOUT THE CONCERT

The Subscription Series II will open with a piano trio—this time, a Czech one. The Lobkowicz Trio, winners of the 2017 CCMS Prize, returns to the audience with a diverse program, primarily focused on composers working within the Romantic tradition. A notable departure will be a piece by Otomar Kvěch, renowned for his listener-friendly compositions as well as his pedagogical approach.
