About the performance

“Ostravak Ostravski” is back! In a musical comedy! You think that’s not possible? The musical Get Naked! has been a phenomenon on Czech as well as foreign stages for years! His main stars are men who until recently worked as metallurgists, enginemen and moulders. As they had lost their jobs and the chances of starting new ones were unlikely they gathered their courage and came up with a brilliant idea: they will create a male strip show to provide for their families. As you can imagine this results many comic situations. The setting this story takes place in bears a remarkably resemble to a certain city in the North of Moravia. So as the scene was set the idea came to life! If the heroes of the story live in this city, they should also speak its dialect. And because no one speaks the dialect better than the renowned blogger we approached him with the offer of cooperation. And that is how you can see this musical – tailor-made for Ostrava audience.
