Description
Czech Philharmonic soon after its founding in 1896, has become the most important Czech Symphony Orchestra, and before the first World War, a European opera houses built up a considerable reputation. In the history of the orchestra during eighteen hundred years of its existence it has made numerous Czech and foreign personalities.
One hundred and twenty-four musicians sixteen instrumental groups in a unique interplay, it is the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. More than a hundred years, the success story of the orchestra undertakes to maintain the original Czech expression and promote our music at home and abroad.
